This was the second unit variation for the same real estate development. It was designed to offer a
slightly larger option for families needing more space without a big jump in cost.
Design focus:
I played with vertical space and introduced slightly more complex geometry to break the monotony. The plan includes three bedrooms, better natural lighting, and a flexible living/dining area.
